1. Design the PCB pattern: First, you need to use electronic design automation tools (EDA) to design the circuit diagram and layout of the PCB.
2. Make PCB drawings: Converting the designed circuit diagram and layout into PCB drawings is a key step in PCB manufacturing.
3. Make a photosensitive film: On the basis of making a printed image, make a photosensitive film. The black patterns on the photosensitive film correspond to the positions of wires and pads on the PCB.
4. Film covering: Cover the photosensitive film on the surface of the PCB board to ensure that it is consistent with the position of the wire pattern.
5. Exposure and development: Put the PCB board into the PCB etching machine, and the machine will automatically complete the exposure and development process.During the exposure process, ultraviolet light passes through the photosensitive film to expose it. Next, after development, the PCB board is rinsed with developer to expose the conductor pattern.
6. Etching: Place the PCB board in an etching tank. The chemical etching liquid in the etching tank will corrode away the unnecessary copper layer. Only the wires and pads are retained.
7. Cleaning: After etching is completed, take the PCB board out of the etching tank and use detergent to clean the PCB board to remove residual chemicals.
8. Drilling and assembly: According to the design requirements, drill and assemble the PCB board, solder the electronic components to the PCB pads, and complete the final PCB production.
