Light weight low quality is usually non conforming to the building codes but some people sell a lot. That is not our business model. we sell products with engineering it is a different customer. A little better quality than the cheap ones and sells with glass so low price system and good service. If we sold glass we could be competitive but we don't want to do that. It is not our business model.

Low metal cost. Low profit, rubbish accessories and packaging. Export rebates, money games. They can survive and destroy the market. We have tested their products. Everything is horrible but people still buy on price.
Each year we sell less spigots and almost no budget ones as most others sell under engineered spigots which we refuse to do. This is where the volume is.
We are trying to push back but because we are disadvantaged by price we are going to struggle to find big volumes for basic products. We are selling more patented systems and more aluminium and more products not made in China for the US market because of the tax issue and that is going to get worse. Expect you will need to find more customers to get the bigger volumes.
What's kind of product we should manufacture? better or worse? i think it's better!
